I have 2 owned and up to 2 occasional managed static holiday caravans available within a quiet mainly residential park (not a youngsters party venue).

They are right by the beach which is open to dogs all year, parking next to the caravans, nearby shop cafe/bars within up to 30 minutes walk.

The no 25 bus stops nearby and has a route around most of Southseas attractions all the way to the Hard (harbour).

The caravans are suitable for families, couples, single travellers, ideal for local people with family visiting, or contractors sharing, Naval families when a ship is in port or mature student couples needing some alone time.

Dogs are most welcome.
