Decorated Veteran Brian Wood MC and Synergy Events Bring Back the Keep Attacking Assault Race to Portsmouth’s South Coast. Portsmouth is once again preparing for an all-action endurance spectacle as the Keep Attacking Assault Race returns to the city on Saturday 6th September 2025, following a hugely successful debut in April 2025.

Developed in partnership between Synergy Success Network and Brian Wood MC, the event blends military-style physical challenges with a powerful message of mental resilience. The Keep Attacking Assault Race is built around a message: that resilience isn’t just for the battlefield — it’s for everyday life. After selling out earlier this year and drawing hundreds of participants from across the country, this second event promises to be even bigger.

 The race is the physical embodiment of Wood’s mindset-driven brand, Keep Attacking — a philosophy forged through years of service and personal adversity. A former Colour Sergeant in the Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment, Brian was awarded the Military Cross for gallantry in Iraq. His brand Keep Attacking is a performance mindset and apparel brand; built around the values of courage, resilience, and perseverance, the brand has grown into a national movement — with the Assault Race being its most immersive and physically demanding expression.

The Keep Attacking Assault Race offers a challenging obstacle course suitable for all fitness levels. Expect mud runs, rope climbs, tyre drags, crawl nets, and high-energy team sections — all designed to mirror the grit, discipline, and determination behind the Keep Attacking ethos.
